Giridarshhini was first established as a restaurant in B.R. Hills around 1950, with keeping the tourist in mind , the one and only hotel served nearly 60 yrs , this was yet serving many pilgrimages and tourist who visit famous Ranganatha Swamy Temple, built during Hoysala period.
This also one and only point for coffee/ snacks and news paper hangout for the local people of the town.
The hotel has beautiful coffee plantation and next to the hotel which is now has beautiful home stay building started as a tourism attractive place for many wildlife enthusiasts, nature lovers, and people who looks for nature outing and bike riders during weekends and holidays with family.
We are proud to say that our home stay is surrounded with coffee estates and forest trees which brings misty breathe and mountain fragrance from mountains next to us.
This was the vision of Mr.Vasu the planter and owner of Giridarshini hotel, his passion to convert this place as a tourist spot for nature lovers and brought the plan to execution in the year 2010.
